The letter of invitation above was sent to us and 6 committee members from our residence assiociation attended the 2 hr meeting with officials from MPSJ. Also, representatives from DAP namely Mr.Tai and Mr.Pooi was there to gather and receive feedback from the residence and land owners regarding what they would like to improve in Bukit Serdang (refer to the map in the brochure on the affected area). There were many open dialogs held with people going up to the center stage mic to speak up.

From our side we basically brought up several issues that we see important to improve:

1) School parking congestion is very bad especially during end of school period with many parents parking along side the roads. This congestion is harzadous to everyone; also the possibility of child kidnap could happen due to the confusion and haphazard situation.

2) The new entrance road leading into Bukit Serdang (opposite Astro) is a good addition BUT it could be improved. Those residence wanting to leave for KL will still either go up and U turn towards the flyover (beside TPM) which is very jam prone or they would snake their way thru the Jalan Serdang Utama which its road conditions are very bad and also jam prone.

3) More and more housing in Bukit Serdang is adopting the gated and guarded concept; this move is towards fighting the crime activities which is on the rise. But nevertheless we are actually doing this thru the non official way. This is because these type of activity to raise, build and maintain a GuardHouse is not officially covered in "Black & White" where MPSJ does not give us an official letter of confirmation that one fine day this GuardHouse will not be torn down due to various reasons like road widening or complaints received from irresponsible residence who do not wish to pay for the service.

4) We also would like to request for a Basket Ball court to be built in our second open field located right at the bottom of our housing area so that we do not have to travel far away like going to Bukit Jalil of the next "Taman" to exercise.
